NDT Inspection Services

Production Tubing Inspection

Equipped with 2 lines capable of inspecting 2 3/8"-7" tubulars, API certified equipment, ASNT NDT level II Certified Inspectors.

Drill Stem Inspection

With 2 lines capable of handling up to 5 1/2" Drill Stem tubulars, API & DS-1 monitored inspections, field connection repair services and digital historic tubular usage & repair tracking.

Casing Inspection

Equipped with 1 line capable of 13 3/8" EMI Inspection, 10k amp Central Conductor, demagnetizing & field prep services, vendor & supplier verification inspections and distribution return inspections.

Specialty Tubulars Inspection

Providing NDT services for tubulars ranging in lengths of 1" to 50' and diameters from 3/4" to 13 3/8". Custom programs for HDD tubulars, Hydrotest bars & High Torque connections.

ASNT NDT Level II Certified Inspectors

Inspectors certified to ASNT Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A (2024) for NDT level II

TENORM REMEDIATION

NDDEQ licensed, 3 tubular remediation lines, In-house disposal transport, vacuum and sump containment, 20,000 psi water OD/ID cleaning, abrasive brush & steel rattle OD/ID cleaning, TENORM removal reporting & 4 NDDEQ licensed TENORM impacted material receiving locations.

Estvold provides NDDEQ licensed transportation of impacted tubing to Estvold facilites.

Estvold reports receipt of impacted material and measurements to NDDEQ.

Estvold removes and collects TENORM waste, reports to NDDEQ of removal and record.

Estvold provides NDDEQ licensed transportation of waste to final dispsosal.
